"Hotel is nice but definitely not 5* good. Double bed comes with two single quilts so you end up out of the thing throughout the night and the pillows are so soft they are almost pointless. Didn’t have any towels replaced so had to go chasing for some and then only delivered one for two of us. Breakfast is good and the staff are attentive. Gym is well equipped for a hotel facility. "The hotel and staff are great. However, the rooftop bar wasn’t open (not advertised) the breakfast was ironically really limited and poor and no kettle etc in the room, which would have been nice. Good location, given the price (tram stop across the room) and some great bars/ facilities close by as it’s on the outskirts. Great find. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest.
