"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "Stay was a picturesque fantasy view with charming B&B elements in the house. Charming hostess and beautiful breakfast. Minor issues with TV remote not working so TV did not work. Hostess was lovely. Said we could reach out to them for anything, but was unclear how to do that once we made it to our room as the house is not clear about where the hostess stays or how to get in touch. "

"This hotel was fantastic. They had the friendliest staff that was willing to help with anything. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The biggest surprise was all the extras that we got wit our room. "Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. "My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it.
