"There are building works in progress, to get to to our room we had to navigate a staircase without automatic lights and couldn't find the switch, we ended up on the building site. We finally found our room, the corridor had no fire escape door! The door was locked and a sheet of wood was nailed onto it ! We didn't need an alarm in the morning as the building noise was the alarm. I think this is a perfect example of money before customers!"

"We chose the hotel mainly because of the pool for our daughter. On the spot we were briefly informed that it was closed. Considering really hot weather it was disappointing. The rest was OK including kind stuff but an unnecessary detour outside Le Mans. "
