"A nature retreat, great location with mainly individual cottages, loved their sunset tea and snacks and Great Lake Vembanad views. Food quality and service were excellent. A great idea for a nature retreat! Also, their arrangement for an early morning Shikara through narrow canals of backwater was superb! I wish they took care of our driver as well similar to other hotels"

"Comfortable and happy stay "

"Staff is very helpful and well yet to resolve concerns quickly. They offer great advice on what to do in the area and how to get around. The bar attached to the hotel ground floor is dimy lit but appears clean, and service is decent. Wifi is sporadic throughout the property but staff offered me a mobile wifi device during my stay. The restaurant food, served both in the restaurant and bar was good. Staff in the restaurant need more training on setup, clearing used plates, advising guests...

"The hotel itself is nice. Staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant staff were excellent. Especially Martyn. He took great care of us whilst we were there. The room was lovely. Finishing touches could have been better. Especially in the bathroom to elevate it. The gym was not as advertised. Very limited with the equipment. Swimming pool was on the roof. View was amazing. However my nephew cut his toe on the tiles in the pool. I feel as if we had to keep telling the staff what to do....

"Wonderful and unique hotel filled with antiques and on the water. Food is great and the people are wonderful! Mr Majnoo (owner) and George (manager) were very helpful and charming. Highly recommend this place if you like small and beautiful hotels."
