"We were initially super excited to come to this hotel after seeing pics and it’s high ratings but when we arrived we noticed immediately that we were a burden. The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. "My wife and I stayed here after a very long flight filled with cancellations and delays. We needed a place to rest and recharge. The hotel is beautiful and well kept, the staff were courtesy and accommodating. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed . The pool area was beautiful with a nice little bar. Overall is was a great stay for a few days and would definitely recommend for a few days."

"This hotel is very well located on the sea shore near the very heart of Santa Maria Di Castellabate, Campania. It looks nice, though the rooms are not quite as nice as shown in the pictures on its website. It is no longer a ‘luxury’ hotel. The bed linen, headrest, cushions, etc, are tired and well-past their ‘best by’ dates. They need to be replaced. The fridge in our room was very noisy at night. "This resort was perfect for our day trip to Pasteum and Pompeii. The room and hotel grounds were immaculate, very pretty. (It reminded us of Palm Springs). The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, definitely not just your basic continental fare.! Our favorite thing was the access to the private beach for watching the sunset. We would highly recommend!"
