"Customer service especially in the food are. (Breakfast morning). Cleanliness although there are days that there was no service room attendant. I didn’t like there’s one day, I had been waiting in customer service but they are not paying attention to the Guest. Until one down attendant noticed me and assisted me to the other side of the service desk (concierge) to help me out. But overall, it’s still a great Hotel where I can see myself to stay in the near future."

"Staff was amazing. They're the redeeming factor of the place. Rooms were nice but not well-kept. Needa more cleaning and update. Even just the squeaky heavy doors can do some oiling. "

"Spacious, separate kitchen with complete utensils and comfortable living area with a smart TV . The service staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, you can order from the menu and buffet food selections are great too. The hotel is close to the malls were it's safe to reach by foot."
