The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. We didn't sleep well, but thoroughly enjoyed the delicious made-to-order scrambled eggs along with fresh squeezed juice and delicious croissants and pastries, etc. The staff were truly wonderful, especially the front desk girl in the morning. She was working so hard and made us feel right at home. Thank you! "
