"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. "Its a case of 5 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for the experience. The hotel will say it's off season, as a guest there's no such thing. Apart from the building site opposite that starts at 6:30am with trucks & diggers night 2 was an event. The event started late afternoon with night club volume music and by 9pm seemed to be never ending. A trip to reception assured me this would be over soon. When I asked what will you say when I return at 10pm they said that would not happen. At 10pm a manager...

"Lovely staff. Rooms were basic but clean (could use some conditioner and washcloths). Lobby was nice and the pool was a highlight. Perhaps as a wellness resort more bottled or refillable water options could be provided?"
