"lobby large, comfortable -although i booked a family room with sea view, there are no sea view rooms in hotel room air conditioner -elevators are insufficient. shower heads are faulty. buildings are old. wardrobe and hangers are useless. beds are uncomfortable. room cleaning 1 in 2 days. many mosquitoes bar n/a -depressing and dull. can’t see the pool and the outside. concerts, dances and entertainment are aimed for foreigners and are of poor quality drink n/a -all alcoholic/non-alcoholic...

"excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants. all staff friendly and smiley. main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature. only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"

"We went this hotel for because of its reviews for previous customers. When we enter the hotel very dirty and smelly carpet on the floor is give me ideas of where we came. "was excellent all staff was much caring as i also am not so mobile with the use of a push roller they gave attendance to any need s without making me to feel uncomfortable or making request which was not having to be a pain for that absolutely fantastic stay of 5 days i would have love to had more time there and will not hesitate to go back there and highly recommend even as i was amongst mostly German people who were lovely bunch to meet thank s much to all the staff much happy with you all ...
