"Pros: Great locationto see the main center of Valladolid, very nice property and furnishings, and professional friendly staff. Cons: Our room’s thermostat was broken and the bed mattress was substandard for a 4-star hotel. The continental breakfast was also substandard for the price (16.50 € each)."

"What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly.
