"We loved this hotel. Staff are wonderful, really genuine and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is large, but we had the place almost to ourselves. Food amazing, breakfast outstanding. We ate in the bar area for one night, i have to say the pork and shrimp kebab was fabulous. Pool area outside is stunning great place to catch the sun, relax and have a dip. Good parking too. Its a 10 minute walk up the road to the Castle area, which is lovely. All in all a lovely hotel"

"Our one bedroom apartment was very well-appointed and spacious. Furnishings were new and very nice. The kitchen was fully equipped. However, in the courtyard around the pool there was broken outdoor furniture in a pile off to the side & garbage in the hedge around the loungers. A quick disposal of the broken items and a daily pickup of loose garbage would enhance the property immensely. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much aside from the above negative comment. "

"Loved that it’s in a vinegar, with access to hotel chain’s own winery and wines. The winery visit was short and very informative. We didn’t do the tasting because we already know the wines, so we just did our own Port tasting at the bar (no tastings available, have to visit the Porto location). Breakfast was delicious and included. The omelette station was great, excellent service. Had dinner both nights at the buffet but one night was great, the next the food was not hot. "We stayed at The Greenhouse in September 2023 (sorry for late review) and oh my goodness what a treat! We arrived to a very sleepy village and spent a while driving in circles but when we eventually entered in to the beautiful oasis we didnt want to leave. It is absolutely beautiful! We were shown to our room (apartment really) which was just gorgeous.
