We didn’t want a pet friendly so we had a room on the 2nd floor, but I wish they had some rooms that were not pet friendly on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues and struggled on the stairs as all the ground floor rooms are pet friendly, so maybe leave a few rooms for people not wanting to use pet friendly rooms "

"We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall."
