"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. "The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again. "

"I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town...

"Pros: 1) good location, 2) friendly staff, speaking English, 3) satisfactory food. 4) Good breakfast. Many types of coffee including cappuccino, juices, water from dispensers. Cons: 1) We had a full board which means breakfast, lunch and dinner. To our surprise, for lunch and dinner all drinks disappeared, including water from dispensers; you are forced to buy expensive bottled water. I understand that the vine is not free, but no water with purchased Full Board!!? I tried to talk to...
