"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Was not a fan of the unattended check-in. There are no employees available at the check-in lobby and it is all done on a self-serve kiosk that eventually dispenses your room keys. The room was great, and the breakfast even better! Wide variety of choices to eat, and the self-serve espresso machine was appreciated."

"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...
