"The NH hotel chain understands how to please it’s guests. Very pleasant experience at check in from a young lady who really made us feel like they appreciated our business. The facilities are very clean and well appointed. Even the parking garage looks like it’s been recently painted. The room was basic but very nice and clean with sufficient toiletries and towels. "Room was big, but there was unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Convinietly located for all sites to visit. Staff helpfull and friendly. Breakfast provided wide selection of cold meat, cheese and fruit. Cooked food like eggs were cold. There was unpleasant noice from bread heating machine during breakfast, high pitched which spoiled experience. Some pasty was stale. Bed was comfortable with hard mattress offering good sleep. It was quiet. "

"We chose the Hiberus because we were in between gigs during a very hot summer in Spain and wanted great AC and a pool. Check and check! If you want to actually experience Zaragoza, this might not be the hotel for you. It's a €10-€12 cab ride into the historic part of town. The hotel bar is decent and has fair prices. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are really expensive, and there aren't a whole lot of restaurant options in walking distance. The area itself is sort of a ghost town left over...

"This hotel is located far from attractions, located in an industrial area with lot of trucking loading area, not worth the money, definitely not 4 stars hotel! The temperature was not able to be regulated, either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was good food, except the parking garage door was hidden in area that can’t find to open or exit with room key."

"Great staff at reception desk. Parking was a bit complicated but not too bad. The main complaint was having a room with a shower in the bathroom but not curtain. Water went everywhere and we used too many towels to suck up the water from the floor. i've never seen a shower with not curtain or glass barrier before."
