"What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again. "

"The room smelt of bad drains. In fact the whole corridor smelt awful as we were walking to the room. We were so tired from the journey we put up with it and mentioned it at reception when paying. It was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if it wasn't their problem. Nothing was deducted from the bill, so we paid alot for a really poor experience and shan't be returning. "The location was ideal for getting around Vichy. The immediate area (and the hotel itself) seemed in need of some polishing and updating. My broken French and their English made things easy. We did not try the breakfast. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. We were there in May and the weather was unseasonably warm. They advertised air conditioning (climatisation) but it was not yet « turned on » for the season so we made do with fans. Opening the window helped but there were mosquitoes! This we found out was standard fare in the other French cities we visited however the hotel in Paris agreed to turn it on centrally, when we asked for it."
