"The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite. "

"The Parador in Nerja is one of our favourite places in Spain. We have stayed there twice and we always visit either for a drink or a meal even when we are not staying there. Everything is perfect. Sitting on the terrace overlooking the garden, sea and mountains is magical. It is so relaxing listening to the sound of the sea and taking in the scenery. We will return before the two year closure in October 2025. Thank you for a brilliant time."

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "This clean, central hotel was an excellent base for exploring Granada. Standout feature was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who booked transfers, restaurants and just looked after us so well. "
