For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Einchecken dauerte über 45 Min konnten keine Buchung finden musste meine Bestätigung an das Hotel Mailen. Am Abreise Tag darf man nur bis 10:00 ins Solebad sonst muss man einen Aufpreis zahlen."
