"The hotel has fantastic views across the bay and also when it’s clear, of Etna. It perfectly located if you want to go up Etna, as only 30 mins away and also good for day trips to Taormina. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good and varied. We also used the spa and pool facilities both days, which was good but you need have to have a swimming hat, which you can purchase there. "Decided to splash out and spend a night in a better hotel having already paid for 3 nights in a different hotel which we did not like. The main reason was the pool. Sadly when we arrived the pool was not open, and would not be until May. I really think this should be explained prior to booking as the main photos are the pool.
