Serena helped sketch out different hiking plans for us each day, based on Weather and our interests. She drilled down to the most specific details to ensure we knew how to get around and accomplish our goals. I’d also like to call out Barbara in food service. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff at the resort are completely devoted to your every need. They truly go above and beyond. In fact other hotels should send their staff members to the recort to get trained on what good hospitality really looks like. You feel like a member of the family at the recort but in a luxurious setting. The room was spacious and well planned out. The food was an absolutely phenomenal. The wine list was extensive. The breakfasts were out of this world. The spa area was so very relaxing. My words don’t do this hotel justice. You just have to make the trek there to believe me. It is well worth the journey. "
