"The staff here is incredible. Treated us like family and directed us on where to go for certain things we wanted to see. We brought our 10 month old daughter and had a ton of stuff with us which was challenging with the smaller rooms but we kept our bigger items in the storage room they have right by the front desk on ground floor. 10/10"

"The property was lovely, clean and comfortable. The Marais district, which the hotel is located in, is lively and full of great restaurants, patisseries and shopping, and very conveniently located near two metro lines. However, the front desk staff at the hotel are what truly made our experience outsanding. They were kind, thoughtful, thorough, and went over the top to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "Very cute, Parisian hotel! Definitely get a room with a balcony and enjoy your coffee there. Very nice bathrooms. Rooms are on the small side, but typical for Paris. Great decor. They have an elevator (very helpful if you have large luggage). Would definitely go back. "

"Very easy location for all tourist attractions. Staff really helpful and friendly. Felt very safe throughout stay at hotel. Breakfast very good value. Nice touch foyer lounge bar. Would recommend. Rooms are small but clean and bathroom, with water pressure great. Balcony to side of hotel in shade so would recommend trying to get front balcony, balcony chairs could do with an upgrade.
