"Very nice hotel close to the Therme. The hotel aslo assisted with discounted entry passes for the San Pellegrino Therme up the road which is much appreciated. The rooms are in a very good condition and the breakfast served is good. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."

"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "
