Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "Espectacular hotel en un pueblo muy bonito. Lo mejor de nuestro viaje de 8 dias por Bulgaria, sencillamente fabuloso el hotel y el servicio. El restaurante es muy bueno, increible para un pueblo tan pequeño, el cocinero que tienen merece una visita. Fuimos para un dia y nos quedamos tres, el pueblo hay que verlo, se pueden hacer rutas por la monaña y el hotel tiene un spa que esta muy bien. El personal muy atento y servicial."
