"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte. "This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."
