"This hotel was in a perfect location for using Bus 38 to travel to the hotel, is nearby the Osmangazi statue and metro, and is convenient to the tourist sites (Tophane Tower, Green Mosque and Muradanye complexes. I felt comfortable in the room, and the breakfast was very good ... but I don't know how well they are continuing the Safe Tourism practices ... the room was pretty clean but I found small bits of plastic in plain site in both the room and the bathroom. I was only there for two...

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby. "I have asked for extra fee for another person however room reserved and it was for 2 person. When i was checking the rates it was same price since room capacity was 2 person. I have not asked roll bed or anything like that however i been charged extra $40 dollars. "

"Otel kesinlikle resimlerde görüldüğü gibi değil. Banyosu tek kişilik, hatta kalıplı biri duş alırken dahi zorlanıyor. Çalışanlar cana yakın ve yardımsever. Hamamı kalabalıktan dolayı kullanamadım ve kahvaltı istemedim, bunlar hakkında yorum yapamam. Ama verdiğim paranın karşılığını alamadığımı düşünüyorum, çok daha iyi bir otelde kalınabilir. Termal dedikleri sadece duştan aka termal su, havuz veya benzeri hizmetleri yok. Ayrıca kablosuz net çok çok kötüydü, facebook'ta dahi gezinemezsiniz....
