"We stayed for one night on the way to the mountains as it was conveniently located for Wieliczka visit next day. We were very positively surprised. Firstly, I booked the room just one (instead of 4!) and with no breakfast. I realised an hour before arrival and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and adjusted my booking on the phone (as I booked family room there was no extra charge). We arrived late at night and there was absolutely no problem to check in. All was quick and smooth....

"The apartment was great. The shower was great too but didn't drain properly so i had to dam it with a spare wet towel. I wanted an extra day but the communication with Renters is real poor and a misunderstanding arose and I overstayed. I asked to be called back for an extra day quote but nothing. And was blocked from phone and chat straight away as well as I got angry. Not rude mind you."

"Hotel longe de tudo. Sem limpeza diária. Sem troca de toalhas limpas diária. Duche com corte na mangueira, que não foi reparado. Ao reservar para 3, aparece um preço que não corresponde à verdade.A seguir cobram-se de uma cama, que é um sofá estreito e pouco confortável."
