"We stayed at several hotels in Manila on this last trip Diamond resorts. Makati was by far the best in service location and amenities."

"The hotel is a budget hotel. Given the limited options in Zamboanga, the hotel is good, and the price point is very reasonable as well. Don't expect anything fancy; you're not paying fancy prices! The rooms are old but clean, as is the washroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is on the border of a commercial area and somewhat residential area - you will hear noises from the street, but not regularly (might be different for very light sleepers). Short story: I would stay again. "

"Hotel location is excellent as it is near to everything - SM, church, pharmacies, restaurants. However for the price it hardly has any amenities. No hand or face towels, no microwave, tiny bottles of shampoos but no conditioner or lotion. Shower head is not adjustable and shoots to the back wall of the shower and water dripping and flooding the bathroom. Free breakfast has watered down coffee. Good thing they have an electric kettle so we could make our own coffee. Eggs were cooked the same way everyday like little pancakes."

"Staff were unorganized. No elevator working. The rooms were in terrible condition. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty towel on the floor. Sink faucet water goes everywhere. Shower head needs to be cleaned ."
