"It was our family stay. We loved everything as it was great. The room, attractions for children and the fantastic location of the hotel. There was also a beautiful sunset on the beach near the hotel. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety. We enjoyed our stay very much."

Dadurch war es im Speiseraum sehr ungemütlich. An der Bar wurde man leider an den Tischen nicht bedient, sondern musste sich die Getränke selbst holen und an einem Abend war es mit einer sehr langen Wartezeit verbunden. "Unfortunately we were expecting four stars standard as that’s how it was advertised on Hotels.com. However we were allocated 2 stars instead due to overbooking. All very strange and confusing. As such I am rating this at 4 stars rather than two stars. We didn’t moved to another hotel, as offered by hotels.com, as we wanted to be with friends as that was main purposes of the trip."

"Comfortable room in a property with a modern contemporary design, compared with the more retro kitsch town of Mielno. Arrangements were easy to follow, even when we arrived late at night. The baby crib we requested was already in place when arrived. The miscommunication was the need to pay town tourism tax in cash to the agent at the adjacent building. There is a modern coffee shop and bistro on the property, but unfortunately doesnt open late to enjoy a summertime late sundowner. ...
