"This quaint hotel in the middle of Stein, is what we all think of the charming, cozy, German Inn. The woodwork is beautiful, the food is high quality, the beer is good, and the staff is helpful (speaks English), and are vey welcoming. It is in the middle of town, just a few short steps to a bakery and a number of other shops. "The hotel is wonderful, on the outskirts of the forest with easy access to hiking and a playground. Only a 12-minute drive to Heidelberg’s Altstadt, their breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"
