"Staffs are kind and efficient "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "

"Convenient location just off the highway. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Wellness pool and facilities great and we usually had the facilities to ourselves. Light didn’t work in the corridor outside our room and it was sorted within 5 minutes. "

This part of Bratislava is pedestrian only, and my taxi dropped me just a few blocks from the hotel. It has a good restaurant on site as well."

"This property sits right off of a main road. It appears safe and sound, however can become very loud with drunken persons after midnight. These can be heard in the rooms that face the road. The beds we had were a bit more than slats of cardboard with linens. They were flat and old, causing two of us to wake with fierce back pain.
