No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for...

"Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money. Reception executive pathetic in behaviour. Charged 1000/- extra per kid without any addon in room just to cover occupancy & breakfast."

"Our room was pool facing, room was quite small with small gallery. However, hotel was decent and pool was clean. They have small baby pool which my two year daughter enjoyed a lot. We tried veg as well as non veg food, the taste was really good! The dining area is just near pool so you can enjoy food as well as dip in pool. "
