"Food was not very good hot food was limited and only barely warm drinks were in small plastic cups coffee was poor and out of machine no tea selection it was noisey until 11pm the so called beach cafe was useless and beach small and a long way from hotel there was no English tv despite requesting it "

No replacement towels, no change of linen, no re-stock of toiletries (only 3 tiny bottles supplied), no sweeping or cleaning, the toilet was revolting, the shower was powerful but kept falling out of its wall mounting... "I have never really seen such dirty accommodation. The staff tried hard but it didn't help, there is no room service and we had to leave the day we arrived because we couldn't stay in such dirty accommodation with a baby and toddler. The manager Fatih told me that he wouldn't charge me for the second day and that it would take a month until I got a refund for the day I paid for. On August 24th I paid and booked. Arrival was on August 28th and departure on August 29th was supposed to be refunded...

"Room was nothing special and bathroom was dirty, the shower are was just some old flooring. Housekeeping came in twice over 4 nights, she took our old bedding off and left the new one in the bed for us to make. Also the towels only got changed once and when they did the old ones were just left on the floor. "The hotel needs general cleaning. The beverage options at the pool bar is very limited, cheap and not tasty. White wine served warm or with ice if asked. Dinner/breakfast poor quality. The hotel is in convenient location with bus stop, good just for one night for travelers"

"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. "Great hotel in a perfect location and staff is very helpful. The hotel looks new, rooms were modern and clean. I highly recommend to stay here as it will be hard to find a similar quality hotel in this price range. The marina, the beach, supermarkets are just steps away. I definitely plan to return. "
