"Friendly staff "

"It was my first time in Malta and i could not have chosen a better hotel for the price I paid. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a spacious bathroom. The room had tea and coffee making facilties and i enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. However the best thing about this hotel was the amazing staff, they were always pleasant and are an absolute credit to themselves. One thing i may change in future and this is not in any way meant to be a criticism is that i may ask for...

"The Hotel is just yards away from various touring options, bus stops for routes going over the entire island, and the ferry which takes one over Valletta in a matter of minutes. And of course it’s close to wide selection of eateries and shopping. The breakfast buffet offered is excellent. A wide range of hot and cold items are available."

"After a shaky start with an issue with bathroom shower water pressure, I was provided an alternative room and upgraded which was much better. Staff are helpful and on hand and the breakfast is really good with attentive and friendly staff throughout. "

"The hotel is good and the staff are super nice and helpful . The room was not very clean and it had a weird smell. Also the area is walkable and very nice however it’s not a family area as there was a lot of night clubs and discos."

"Everything was wonderful. Excellent location, modern updated rooms with 2 tv, slippers, bathrobes, breakfast in the room was awesome. Would definitely recommend. Honestly I don’t understand how anyone could complain about anything. Yes, you do go through Starbucks to get to the elevator but so what? You are in old town of Valletta with old buildings, come on. For us -5 star experience! Hope we get to come back. Keep doing what you are doing you are doing it right! "

"Great breakfasts at this hotel. Very clean location was good for my circumstances. The only thing I had an issue with was that I was too hot at night and due to it being winter months no air conditioning was available."
