"They were very thorough. We felt so welcomed. We were sent directions/map on how to get to the hotel once we booked our room. It was very helpful. We also tried some of the nearby restaurants recommended by the hotel and the food was delicious. There is also a washing machine/dryer on the second floor. Overall, we had a great time. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was very close to the market, a lot of food places around the hotel, seomyeon station is very close by which made it easier for us to travel around. It’s far from Haeundae and Gwangalli beach but the place is very accessible for public transportation. The room was very spacious and we loved the shower so much! The staff were very nice - they let us borrow umbrellas when it was raining in Busan. We loved our stay in this hotel. If you’re a coffee lover, there is a Compose Coffee close...

"Room clean and modern. Great location with easy access to two stations. Downside was our room wasn’t cleaned even though we asked for it and they only provided us with one large towel each time. We were also on the third floor and it was quiet loud at times. "
