"The hotel is very masculine decor. The roof top pool is beautiful and the spa staff were brilliant. The noise between corridors and rooms with doors banging and even in the roof top pool isn't good and you can hear people in the street and multiple sirens throughout the night. It's a great location and 4 stops on the T4 from Midi. Everyone be is walking distance. People come up to the pool in outdoors clothes and wonder around which is so rude but should be stopped. "If you like things a bit unusual and quirky, this place will suit you! Completely fine for one or two nights, right next to grand place so very good location. We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but Matthew at the front desk of the Loxton Brussels is easily the most helpful and friendly reception member I have ever encountered. They should write the "reception" manual based on his work. The hotel itself is lovely with large rooms, retro fitted but very clean and everything you could need. 10 mins walk to the Grand Place but away from the noise etc. and 5 mins walks to Brussels Nord station. I would stay there again without hesitation. "

"Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit. "

"As soon as we booked the room, the hotel staff reached out to us. We appreciated how responsive they were. We stayed for two nights - August 9th and 10th. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station but it wasn’t noisy. We got connecting rooms as requested. We noticed that one room didn’t have hand soap and it was promptly fixed. We enjoyed our stay. If you travel to the hotel by car like we did, there isn’t a way to drive up to the front door and unload your luggage. You can either park on the street or in the parking lot. It is a very minor inconvenience but we thought we would mention it to raise awareness for others. "
