"The place was very simple and easy to find, the key/cardless check in was great, directions to the room were also good. The room itself was very nice and looked the exact same as the photos online. However I would just like to highlight a few points that I was not very happy with. The cleanliness of the bathroom area was not up to a great standard. There were a few hairs in the bathtub, discoloured limescale surrounding the bottom of the tub, alongside a tap that would not stop dripping...

"Lovely accommodation and very peaceful as out of season. Clean and well appointed park. Customer front desk wasn’t helpful on arrival until I asked for a manager who corrected the problem., but the park , accommodation was lovely and would visit again. "

"Beautiful property. Loved the character of the old mansion and the decor within the home. Check in was pleasant and easy. The TV channel selection was good compared to other places in our travels, which helps with children. Rooms were clean, however there was no soap provided to wash your hands in the room, which was inconvenient. "Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely and spacious, clean and warm with tea and coffee making facilities provided. Gluten free diet extremely well catered for at breakfast. Perfect location for visiting Longleat. Could not fault it, "

"Pre Christmas stay to meet family half way. Room was fine, but no hooks to hang coats up. Bar and restaurant service was good, even though it was very busy with Christmas works meals. Shout out to our waiter Toby for the excellent service."
