"Like the breakfast food, the restaurant food in the evening was good. Our mattress was too firm and tall. The king sheets and blanket did not adequately cover it. We are both tall—hubby is 6'3" and I am 5'11"—and the top of the bed was right at my hip. I was literally climbing into the bed. The shower was great. The bathroom sink is right near when you walk in. The TV was nice and big. The recliner was pretty comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful."

The morning of January 3, the reception clerk was friendly and very helpful, assisting us with using the lobby printer to print out some important documents (though the ink was low and she seemed uncertain about where to find another ink cartridge if it was needed). "I loved the personal attention to making my trip stressfree. My flight was delayed arriving after shuttle service ended. Hotel staff arranged for taxi to pick me up and transport me back to airport next day free of charge. Saved me having to wait for and pay for Uber late at night from airport. "Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through. "
