The lady who checked us in early was really accommodating which enabled us to leave our luggage in the room and set off to clean the hire car which was very helpful and time saving for us, and much appreciated. "Chose this appartment as close to Roaming Giant where we had a function. It was clean and adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There was tea and sugar provided but no long life milk. That would be my only negative. The key was just a flimsy plastic card - would have been better to have something more chunky as it got misplaced a few times.Overall a good stay."

"A great place to stay. An older building but neat and tidy inside, and fully equipped with heat pumps in the living area and bedrooms, large fridge, large TV screen etc. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly, offered us a free upgrade which was terrific! Beds are comfortable and clean, furnishing fairly new and pretty much spotless. Nice outdoor settings too. Plenty of secure off street parking. Will definitely be back next time we need a place to stay in Hamilton!"
