River House Hotel

2.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (3)
"This is a relatively tough review to write as Bethel is not London nor is is Paris. Bethel is remote Alaska which means that the entire area is austere, to say the least. The River House is perfect for that setting. I was there during and ice storm and a blizzard (one followed the other). The hotel was clean, warm, dry, comfortable and well stocked in its kitchens. It was quiet and everything worked well. Put simply, it was perfect for what it needed to be. I am certain I will stay there again...

Igloo of Enlightenment

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (11)
"I did not stay at Igloo of Enlightenment because the host did not meet me per the booking instructions, also the host did not return my calls or provide alternate check-in instructions. Additionally, all hotels in the town were fully booked for the week and an alternative lodging was unavailable. As a result, I cancelled my Business trip and return home the same day cutting a three day trip to one day. "
