"Just needed an overnight stay before an early morning appointment at Musgrove Park Hospital. This was a beautifully kept property, and so convenient for both the Hospital and for Taunton town centre. I am in a wheelchair, and although there was not a wheelchair accessible room available (it had already been booked), the staff found me a wonderful ground floor room that was totally suitable for my needs. "Really lovely property, arrived late but loads of outside lighting so easy to find and feels safe. Room was perfect and bathroom had everything I needed. Breakfast at The Crown was also great, Only downside was noise from the main road with lorries unloading but maybe Im a light sleeper?? Would fully recommend "

"We booked and pre-paid three rooms for a business trip. When we arrived, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us and when we showed the email confirmation, we were told that they did not work with Hotels.com and that they did not have the rooms available. We were able to resolve the situation eventually, but not a pleasant nor welcoming experience!"

"Luttrell Arms is a charming hotel, full of character and we were made to feel so welcome by Julie on reception. Our room was amazing and very comfortable. Lovely gardens, perfect for a G&T in the late afternoon! We had dinner in the restaurant both evenings. Excellent food and a special mention to Gabor and Jules who both worked so hard. Already planning a return trip!"
