"Overall the experience was very good. We requested a cot bed and this was already in the room when we checked in, however one of the long sides was partly broken so the side wasn't properly raised. They gave us another cot bed but this was too small. We appreciate their effort! We still managed with the first one by putting that side by the wall. Another downside for us was a sensor light underneath our bed. My son came to me 5 times in the night so we had this light on and off whenever he came...

"The hotel was great and staff very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable too. The only down side is the limited parking at the property, we had to park near by which cost £16.50 for 24 hrs! "

"Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay."

"Evening staff member was in my view not very helpful has tv didn’t work and on asking him about it he said check source button and this didn’t work and was gone before I could tell him although did eventually fix it myself hence why i dropped a star but morning crew were so amazing and friendly and can’t fault them at all- breakfast was great - "
