"The check-in process wasn’t so good. Our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. Caused some inconvenience for me. The hotel itself is kind of awesome. It’s an old hotel. Clean, updated. It was negative temps outside and our room never got above 65 degrees no matter how high I set the room temp. Was grateful for an extra comforter. "

"I was appalled at the pile of garbage right outside the main entrance plus a very dirty rug in the entryway. Once inside there was a large garbage can right by the door. The man working at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Even came to my room to help me figure out the TV. The room was very nice and clean."
