"Fantastic hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very spacious rooms with a little kitchen to prep your food. Comfortable beds and a nice little living area. Perfect place to stay overnight as we drove from UK to Sweden. Didn't get a chance to use the outside areas as it was winter and weather didnt allow it. But will 100% stay here again next time we pass."

"The absolute worst accommodation I have ever experienced. Wooden cabins full of dust and dirt, old mattresses full of dust and never cleaned, lots of ants all over the cabin, couldn't get rid of them. The upper floor is climbed by a very steep ladder, absolutely unsuitable for the safety of children. No beds upstairs, only mattresses on the floor. Stale air. Nevermore."

"Ein angenehmes inhabergeführtes kleines Hotel. Eine schöne ruhige Lage auf der Sonneninsel Fehmarn. Die Zimmer sind modern renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte etwas regionaler sein mit weniger Abgepacktem. Aber z. B. Kaffeevarianten und Rührei etc. gibt es auf Wunsch auch ganz frisch. Das Bad ist etwas klein und die (kurzen) Wege/ Treppe etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber alles OK."

"Had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms and property are well maintained. Great overall experience. My only inconvenience is that as a taller and larger individual, the shower stalls are a bit tight. But the water was nice and hot, and the towel heaters were excellent. Also, because you're technically on an island, having a kitchen was a huge plus. Plenty of supermarkets in Burg Auf to stock up. Having a car is a must. "
