"Dieses Hotel ist ein typisches Tagungshotel. Das heisst die meisten Gäste kommen nur für 2-3 Tage und in größeren Gruppen. Deswegen ist Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr und Check-Out schon um 9 Uhr. Das ist vielleicht für den einen oder anderen privaten Gast sehr früh, passt aber für die Tagungshotelstrukturen gut. "A fabulous, family-run boutique hotel in an amazing location in the centre of old town Baden-Baden. The rooms are nice and the breakfast room is stellar with lovely decor and an excellent breakfast including homemade pots of chia with almond milk and platters of tropical fruit. Plus a barista with made-to-order coffee drinks. I wish I had stayed longer and will definitely come back to this hotel and to Baden-Baden"

"Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located to the city center. The staff was friendly and there was a good basic breakfast. The room was too warm and it was difficult to turn down the heat. There was no reception after 17:00. There was no evening meal service, but the city center with several good restaurants was only 5 minutes walk."
