"We booked two rooms. The one the kids stayed in was lovely and cosy. Ours was freezing. Despite the staff saying they were on it, I don't think a fix was even possible. The beds were clear and comfortable. The hotel building is marvellous and all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I think it would be great for a family with primary school age kids.
