"The listing showed an elegant house in the Fenney neighborhood in The Villages. My husband and I arrived to find lovely marble floors and crystal chandeliers AND pilled sheets with hair. Mirrored dresser with glass shards coming from cracks on the front of the drawer. Spots of blood on the very soiled oriental carpet and the comforter. A broken pie crust table holding a broken blue and white porcelain lamp. A soiled living room loveseat and no other comfortable seating. Pilled extra blankets...

"Very comfortable condo. Many amenities and great communication with management. Plenty of dish soap but would have been nice to have bath soaps and laundry detergent. "

"We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break."

"Location was fabulous and the house was as advertised. TV viewing options were poor due to older tv, not able to stream much and one TV we weren't able to use at all, no antenna. Had trouble getting a hold of the rental management on a weekend to get checked in but very accommodating once we were able to reach them. Golf cart was fantastic. Overall, I would recommend this rental. We rented for 3 weeks and overall happy with our choice. "

"The trip for us was very nice. The house had everything we needed, especially when I wanted to cook in the kitchen. It even had a crock pot which is one of my favorite cooking gadgets. The owner was very nice and was available if we had any questions. We loved the flow of the house and the outside area. The Villages is a well maintained community."
