"My main concern regards the staff. In my opinion they required more professional training. It’s not the first I’m staying in HbyH in Kalisz and it’s the same time of the year, public holiday. The hotel is not so busy so the staff should be more attentive. I was waiting during the check in for them to finish private conversations between themselves….not the first time. "Clean, spacious room, staff very friendly. Small gifts for children. Breakfast was very good - so much variety you don’t get often. We ate also dinner in the restaurant - very good quality. Overall great value for money."

"The clerk was very nice but the room did not resemble the pics seen on Expedia-the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Bedding and furniture appeared old. Ended up canceling the reservation immediately after seeing the inside."
