"This hotel is quite lovely. The room was clean and bright. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was really nice to have a restaurant on site. Unfortunately, though, when we arrived at 9:40, after a long day of travelling, the door was locked and we couldn’t get in. It was really quite cold out and we weren’t dressed for being outside. Luckily some other guests were able to open the door for us. Not a great start to our stay. "

"The customer service was top notch, very helpful and friendly. There is a washer/ dryer for those that are packing light like we were. Parking is a little tough but lots of overflow lots. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors but for the price, it’s a great place to stay!"

"Good location, quite a lot of bunks but didn’t feel overly crowded in shared spaces. Not sure how often it’s cleaned but was a little messy later in the day. Capsules not at all sound proof - can hear anything. Comfy beds and plenty long enough, however the doonas were weirdly small. I’m not that tall but it still only came up to my waist. No powerpoints/usb c outlets in the capsules, only usb A. For Hobart it’s decent value and the owners are very responsive over text/call."
