"If you come to Sukhotai, give this hotel a hard pass. The staff was unfriendly, the room was run down, the a/c barely worked, and the area is not great. Ironically, this was our most expensive hotel in Thai and probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in 25 years of coming to Thailand. "

"Really great budget hotel! No frills, but safe, clean, quiet, comfortable room with efficient AC. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic in terms of when you arrive and depart from Sukhothai via bus - it’s right next to the bus station! About 15 min ride to Historical Park / Old Sukhothai, so keep this in mind in terms of transport costs. Couple good cheap food stalls right nearby, same with snacks/drinks/sundries. "I could see it wasn't going to be The Ritz from other reviews but I was still shocked at how bad it really is. I guess its a step up fro sleeping on the street. If you don't require: comfort, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, cleanliness, proper towels, a toilet that is dry after a (cold) shower, polite host, other guest, a normal bed and pillow then this might just suit you. The only positive it has is that the nearby 'Food and drink' restaurant is fairly good. Do your self a favour and avoid...

The whole property is beautifully designed in traditional Thai style. They also offer bike rentals and the bikes are new which is awesome!"

"This hotel was simply delightful. The grounds are immaculately kept, rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water. The historical park is a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute cycle ride and bikes are available for rent from the hotel. The staff were all sweet and helpful. We especially loved the pool which was a good size and a great place to relax after sightseeing. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
