"We had two rooms on a one night stay. Check in was friendly, quick and easy. Rooms were comfortable and clean (better than our previous stay). We had breakfast which was good with plenty of choice but some of the cups were not clean! We will be back. The terrace is lovely where we sat and had drinks looking over to the golf course. Check out quick and easy too. Thank you"

"Very pleasant hotel a suitable distance from the newer part of Hunstanton, but still easily walkable. On site food at the hotel and the Mariner next door was nice and reasonably priced. The 'Wash beach' was 100m from the hotel and easily accessible. All in all a nice peaceful place."

"I booked the single room which was ensuite, quite small but wow did it have everything you could possibly want. Very comfy bed. Good size fridge under sink, lots of tea and coffee, hairdryer, iron and board. The bathroom had toiletries including little packages for anything forgotten, razor, toothbrush, sewing kit, shower cap, comb. Continental breakfast included which was amazing so much variety from cereals, porridge, yoghurt, pastries, waffles, pancakes, crumpets, flapjacks, variety of bread...

"Beautiful relaxing stay from start to finish , to point didn't want to leave . Was made extremely welcome by the hosts , pleasant food evening meals and breakfast . Great selection of evening food . Well stocked bar . Room very tired perfect temperature not over hot Great location to travel around local area . Even saw the Royal Fly pass for kings birthday travel to the troop of colours for the kings flying from local RAF Coningsby home of the Lancaster Bomber. We will be back Oh fabulous...

"We had a lovely week at Tattershall Lakes. The sofa/bed aren’t the comfiest but they are okay. We would 100% come back here, however it is sad to see the prices have been hiked up massively due to them becoming more popular on social media. The same stay we had for £200 is now nearly £500. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to return due to this"

"Fabulous find on the front. Great location. Parking close if carpark full. Clean and well decorated. Lots of rooms but was incredibly quiet. Had the top room 1 in the Attic. Plenty of space. Tea and coffee plus the water bottles were very welcome. Bed was incredible comfortable and spotless. Pillows great. Slept so well. Towels were white heavy and fluffy. "I stayed in a single en-suite, which was a surprisingly good size, including the shower. The decor was a bit dated, but overall quite clean, all the essentials and complimentary coffee and water which was great. My only thing to riase and of course I knew this when booking was the noise from the pub below. "My room at the Wash & Tope was perfect for me; a well-priced single room for one night. Very clean, quiet, and in a great central location. Small, as you’d expect, but it had everything I needed and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were really welcoming & friendly too. I guess my only disappointment was that there wasn’t a way to lower the lights at night: it was just a bright ceiling light over the sleeping area and the bathroom space - or nothing. There’s not room for a bedside table...
